Founder & Principal Consultant
Elle Mendiola brings more than 30 years of leadership across fitness, wellness, beauty, and professional services, with a proven record of building operations that support growth.
At LA Fitness, she held leadership roles in operations, finance, and compliance to support the company's expansion from 12 locations to more than 650 clubs across two countries. As Vice President of Operations at Karuna Skin, she led supply chain, logistics, finance, and operational strategy. Most recently, at VASA Fitness, she established and scaled a centralized procurement ecosystem during a period of rapid national expansion.
Today, through 1215 Consulting, Elle brings that experience to organizations navigating growth, operational challenges, and new ventures. Her work has spanned from multi-location businesses to the launch of a new law firm, where she helps leadership teams establish efficient operations, implement the right systems, and build a strong foundation for growth.
