Hi, I’m Elle—owner and operator of 1215 Consulting.

I’ve spent over three decades in the fitness industry, starting with a company I helped grow from 12 to 650 locations across two countries. Along the way, I didn’t just observe the business—I worked inside it. From member-facing operations to the backend (procurement, facilities, AP/AR), I’ve seen what it really takes to scale a commercial gym.

One thing became clear early on: growth creates pressure. And without the right systems in place, that pressure turns into inefficiency, missed opportunities, and strain on your team.
